A leading 500-bed hospital in the York, PA area is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join their team on a contract basis. This opportunity involves supporting inpatient pharmacy operations with a focus on ensuring safe and effective medication use for patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Order verification and management
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency
• Providing clinical consultations to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Applying pharmacokinetic principles in patient care
• Utilizing IT systems such as EPIC and Pyxis for medication management and documentation

Ideal candidates will have:

• A valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
• Approximately two years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a healthcare team
• Familiarity with hospital pharmacy practices and technology

Schedule and Details:
