Job Title Senior Guest Service Manager Location Columbia, SC, USA Introduction The Senior Guest Service Manager oversees valet operations across multiple high‑volume properties, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and strong team leadership. Primary Objective Lead and manage valet operations by delivering outstanding guest service, optimizing efficiency, and driving financial performance. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are met and fostering open communication. Daily Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance; conduct regular site visits; maintain equipment; improve processes. Financial and Administrative Tasks: Monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses; collaborate with the Regional Director on cost control. Team Supervision and Training: Recruit, train, and coach associates; set performance expectations; enforce company policies. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to management; use personal devices as needed for emergencies. Travel and Communication: Conduct site visits as required; maintain consistent updates. Supervisory Responsibilities: Involve staff in planning; provide feedback; promote a culture of quality. Additional Responsibilities: Remain flexible for evolving business needs; attend staff meetings; work flexible hours and accommodate occasional travel. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Education: High school diploma or GED; 5+ years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related customer service field. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean background check. Hospitality and Customer Service: Exceptional guest service, professional communication, active listening. Advanced Client Management: Build strong relationships, resolve issues promptly, coordinate across locations. Analytical and Problem‑Solving: Analyze revenue and payroll, identify discrepancies, develop solutions to improve performance. Training and Leadership: Hands‑on coaching, build teams, ensure consistent operations across multiple sites. Payroll Management: Oversee scheduling, overtime control; guide managers to optimize labor costs.
