About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, People & Culture to play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing its global people strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a diverse, high-performing team and will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure that the organization's people practices align with its mission and values. This includes driving the evolution of the People & Culture function into a strategic partner, championing an inclusive and equitable employee experience, and fostering a culture of well-being, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role also involves overseeing talent management, performance strategy, and organizational effectiveness, as well as leading initiatives to modernize HR technology and leverage data-driven approaches. Applicants for the SVP, People & Culture position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR experience, with a focus on global organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational design, leadership development, and talent strategy, and experience in modernizing HR technology and leveraging AI solutions. A deep understanding of global employment practices and a proven track record in managing compliance in a distributed workforce are essential. The role requires a leader with a learning mindset, professional curiosity, and the ability to influence and advise at an executive level. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a commitment to the values of the organization, including a dedication to gender equality and a workplace free from discrimination and harassment, is paramount.
