Let’sbuildtogether! KeyFunctions: Administercertifiedpayrollcomplianceforprevailingwageandpublicworksconstructionprojects. Prepare,review,andsubmitweeklycertifiedpayrollreportsinaccordancewithcontractrequirements. ManagecertifiedpayrollsubmissionsthroughplatformssuchasLCPtracker,EBO,Empact,Compass,andNYSDOLPortal. Reviewpayrolldatatoensureemployeesarepaidaccordingtocorrectprevailingwageclassificationsandwagedeterminations. Monitorfederal,state,andlocalprevailingwagerequirements,includingcontract-specificlaborcompliancerules. Trackandresolvecertifiedpayrollrejections,errors,andcompliancediscrepancieswithinreportingsystems. CoordinatewithPayrollandprojectteamstoensurepayrolldataandprojectdetailsmeetcertifiedreportingrequirements. Maintainorganizedrecordsofcertifiedpayrollsubmissionsforgovernmentaudits,laborcomplianceaudits,andregulatoryreviews. Monitorprojectcompliancedeadlinestoensuretimelyreportingandsubmissions. Maintainrequiredsupportingdocumentationincludingfringebenefitcalculations,apprenticeratios,andworkerclassifications. DesiredQualifications: 3+yearsofexperienceincertifiedpayrollreportingorlaborcomplianceadministration. ExperiencesubmittingcertifiedpayrollreportsthroughsystemssuchasLCPtracker,EBO,Empact,Compass,orNYSDOLPortal. Strongunderstandingofprevailingwagelawsandpublicworksreportingrequirements. Experiencereviewingpayrolldataforlaborclassificationsandprevailingwagecompliance. Strongattentiontodetailwiththeabilitytomanagenmultipleprojectsandreportingdeadlines. ProficiencyinMicrosoftExcelandcompliancereportingsystems. Experienceworkingintheconstructionorinfrastructureindustry. CertifiedPayrollProfessional(CPP)certificationorsimilarpayroll/laborcompliancecertification. Experiencesupportinggovernment-fundedorpublicworkscontracts. WhyHaugland?
