Job Description

SME for IBM P8 product set (Process Engine, Content Engine, Component Manager, etc...) Version 4.x SME for IBM Image Services support Version 4.x SME for IBM P8 (all engines, etc...) SME for IBM Enterprise System Monitor (ESM) 5.2.x FSM (ECM System Monitor), 4.0.1-002 interim fix 1 (FSM Servers in CUT & PRD only, FSM Agents all environments) Team Lead Tasks Daily Production system support Daily Non-Production system support Project allocation and support SME Daily client interaction (for problem resolution, steady state, status meetings, and project work) PMR / trouble ticket creation and support (and escalations) AD Group Ownership Remedy owner/approver for the DMS Team" Master 7 min 2 yr Degree min.
