Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee daily front‑office operations, including patient check‑in, check‑out, and scheduling Manage incoming calls, patient communications, and administrative workflow Present treatment plans and review financial estimates with patients Support efficient provider scheduling and patient flow Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a general dentistry office Working knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims processes Experience with dental practice management software Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide a team What We Offer Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) Paid holidays and PTO Flexible scheduling Schedule Monday through Friday Daytime hours 8‑hour shifts Optional Saturdays available Work Location: In‑person Compensation: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
