\n \nI'm currently recruiting for an HR Generalist opportunity with a well-established investment management firm in Jupiter, FL!
\n \nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys taking ownership of a broad range of HR functions, partnering with leadership, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
\n \nPosition Details:
\n- \n
- Location: Jupiter, FL (onsite, Monday–Friday) \n
- Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 base + bonus \n
- Experience: 5+ years of HR Generalist experience \n
- Industry: Financial services experience preferred \n
Key Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding \n
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters \n
- Administer benefits, leave of absence programs, and HR policies \n
- Support performance management, compensation, and employee development initiatives \n
- Coordinate internship programs and employee engagement activities \n
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws \n
- Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and workplace culture \n
Ideal Candidate:
\nWe're looking for someone who is personable, adaptable, organized, and comfortable working with employees at all levels of an organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
\n \nExperience with Paylocity and HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) are a plus!
