As a Sales Associate at OnlyClouds, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while ensuring smooth store operations. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Customer Service Excellence : Create a welcoming environment for every customer and assist them with product recommendations.
• Product Knowledge : Learn and maintain expertise in cigars, vape devices, nicotine products, hemp-derived items, kratom, and smoking accessories.
• Compliance : Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws regarding age-restricted products, including verifying IDs and following company policies for compliance and suspicious transactions.
• Store Operations : Operate Shopify POS, inventory management systems, and other technology to ensure accurate transactions and inventory control.
• Security Awareness : Monitor store activity, follow cash-control procedures, and report theft or safety concerns promptly.
• Team Collaboration : Work effectively with teammates to maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and contribute to sales growth.

We’re searching for candidates who bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for customer service. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience : At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Availability : Open availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Flexibility to work at multiple store locations and cover shifts with reasonable notice.
• Skills : Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
• Technology Savvy : Familiarity with Shopify POS, inventory systems, and other retail technology is a plus.
• Compliance Mindset : A commitment to following all regulations and company policies.
