As a member of the team, you help us work with AI players, fintechs, startups, financial institutions and other members of the technology ecosystem to help drive leading-edge solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the agentic commerce landscape and drive our positions and opinions on policy, standards, and direction to differentiate J.P. Morgan and accelerate the growth of our payments & commerce clientsDefine and champion policy responses, value propositions and standards for new concepts with a razor-sharp focus on solving client needsPartner closely with the commerce and financial community to identify gaps or areas where new policy is needed and then help drive us to a positionLead multidisciplinary teams (including Product, Legal, Technology, Investments) to design our industry strategy so we can move solutions forward for our clientsDevelop and execute a roadmap/methodology to raise awareness of our industry strategy and ensure we are seen as thought leaders in this spaceMonitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiationRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in policy and industry strategyAbility to deconstruct new technologies into impacts on business needs which can be addressed in new ways and potentially with new technologiesPassion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit.
