Manager - Trading Partner Strategy

Responsibilities Manages the activities that focus on platform stewardship, operational excellence, and continuous service improvement within the Trading Partner Data Management (TPDM) organization. Owns the Edifecs EDI platform health, governance, and vendor relationship. Serves as the cross-pillar operational excellence leader within TPDM. Establishes and maintains TPDM operational metrics, scorecards, and reporting dashboards. Provides mentorship, coaching, and career development support across the TPDM team. Works with BCBSAZ management, IT leadership, business areas, and external vendor partners. Requirements 3 years of experience with data integration, EDI transactions, or platform operations 3 years of project management experience 2 years of experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities in a lead or supervisory role 5 years of management experience 5 years of experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities in a lead or supervisory role 3 years of experience with healthcare-related systems as a systems analyst, programmer, or operations leader High-School Diploma or GED Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing platform operations, EDI transactions, and data integration within the healthcare sector, while providing leadership and mentorship to enhance team performance and operational excellence.
