Home Care Marketing & Outreach Specialist
Elite Home Health Care
Elite Home Health Care is seeking a Community Outreach Representative to promote and grow our presence across NYC and downstate regions. The role focuses on developing partnerships with hospitals, nursing facilities, physician offices, and community organizations to generate referrals for home care services. The position is field-based, full-time with 8-hour shifts and daily travel.
