The Associate Sales Representative will improve the product sales cycle and post-sale experience resulting in greater long-term success and value to our customers. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with customers in assigned territory by conducting outbound calls. Meet and exceed quarterly opportunity goal. Partner with the Territory Sales Representative to increase customer retention rates by cross-selling and up-selling. Partner with the Territory Sales Representative to help facilitate the sales process from opportunity to close. Assist in managing the quotation process alongside the field sales group to improve top line sales revenue. Collect customer feedback data and market information. Partner with the Diagnostic Sales Team to generate opportunities. Maintain CRM database per company guidelines. Other customer service duties as required.
