Registered Nurse — Behavioral Health / Psychiatric, Adolescent - Inpatient in Rochester, New York. Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments with patients and relatives to gather case history.
- Plan and provide nursing care, assessing medical and emotional status and contributing to treatment planning.
- Administer psychotropic and other medications; monitor and document reactions and side effects.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and behavioral health staff to design appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff; assist in managing risk factors.
- Document all patient information in medical records, maintain confidentiality, and complete progress notes; track treatments, immunizations, and laboratory results; perform routine administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
- NY Licensed Registered Nurse (active) required.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Telemetry experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating day/evening/night schedules.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; travel assignment available.
