Receptionist Part-time / Per Diem

RegalCare at Quincy is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a part-time/per diem basis . As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and staff in a courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Handle mail, deliveries, and general office tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional image of the facility. Provide administrative support to the front office and nursing staff when needed. Qualifications Previous Receptionist or Customer Service Experience Preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.). Schedule Part‑time / Per diem – days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
