Senior Program Manager

We’re looking for a Program Manager who can take ownership of cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen how our teams engage with customers. This role blends program leadership, process optimization, and CRM‑driven strategy. You’ll partner with stakeholders across product, operations, sales, and technology to deliver programs that improve visibility, streamline workflows, and support scalable growth.

About the Role

Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of programs that rely on CRM‑driven insights, customer data, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into structured plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes
• Coordinate with technical and non‑technical teams to ensure program milestones are met
• Improve processes related to customer lifecycle, pipeline management, reporting, and cross‑team communication
• Identify gaps in current systems and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and data accuracy
• Develop documentation, dashboards, and communication materials that support program adoption
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed to keep initiatives on track
• Support change‑management efforts as new tools, processes, or customer‑facing capabilities are rolled out

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs or large cross‑functional projects in a fast‑moving environment
• Hands‑on experience working with CRM platforms (any major CRM is welcome — Dynamics experience is great but not required)
• Ability to understand customer‑centric workflows and translate them into scalable processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Comfort working with data, reporting tools, and structured documentation
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions
