Senior Technical Program Manager (Senior Project Manager)

Capabilities: This individual should have depth of expertise leading large-scale programs or transformations. This role is focused on a technology platform change across multiple stakeholders and vendors, and as such this individual should also have depth of expertise in technology transformations and vendor management. As this role is also client facing, it is necessary that this individual has strong relationship management skills to navigate senior leaders across organizations. This is a fast-paced environment interacting with many senior stakeholders.

Program Management

1. Proactively drive work, identify issues, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
2. Connect dots across multiple organizations, acting as the glue to ensure parties are informed, operating cohesively, and organized effectively.
3. Organize meetings and provide follow-ups.
4. Work with multiple stakeholder groups to drive consensus decisions and ensure outcomes are being met.
5. Support communication across business and technology partners by sharing updates and tracking open items.
6. Help prepare status updates and other documentation for program reviews and working sessions.

3 month contract with possible extension
