Starbucks Supervisor

Lead and inspire a high-performing Starbucks team within the vibrant Hyatt Regency St. Louis environment. As a Starbucks Supervisor, you will oversee daily cafe operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain brand standards, and support team development. This role combines leadership, customer service excellence, and operational expertise to create a welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests and visitors while driving quality, efficiency, and sales performance. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing for our Starbucks outlet.

• Supervise daily Starbucks operations and team performance

• Ensure outstanding guest service and product quality

• Train, coach, and motivate baristas

• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and brand standards

• Support a positive, fast-paced, and guest-focused culture

Work Location: In person

• At least 1 year of Starbucks Lead or Supervisor experience, or equivalent experience in a coffee shop
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills as well as customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills
• Guest oriented and strong customer service skills
