When you join Cognia, you join a team of experts passionate about our mission and embracing our core values in everything we do.NATURE AND SCOPE:The Senior Coordinator provides high-level professional and administrative support to Product Development, delivering organized, timely, efficient, and accurate logistical coordination to strengthen execution across each Lead Product Developer’s work, while providing execution-level support within each vertical build pod. The Senior Coordinator partners closely with team members to foster positive, collaborative working relationships within and across the division while serving as an internal resource, supporting a range of product development activities, including scheduling, documenting, and communicating out product development updates and following up with applicable internal stakeholders on outstanding items. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: Support product schedule tracking within assigned verticals by maintaining detailed timelines, aligning dependencies, and surfacing risks, changes, and decisions to the product development team on a regular and timely basis.Maintain detailed product documentation and artifact organization, including requirements, meeting notes, approvals, and supporting files, ensuring appropriate version control and easy access for cross-functional stakeholders.Coordinate vendor and cross-divisional communication by scheduling touchpoints, distributing agendas and recaps, and ensuring timely follow-up on open items, questions, and required approvals.Track deliverables and readiness milestones across workstreams, confirming owners and due dates, monitoring status, and escalating blockers to keep development and launch plans on track.Support build-to-launch execution activities, including coordination of reviews, readiness checklists, and handoffs to enablement/operations teams, to ensure launch materials and internal processes are prepared and aligned.Foster effective working relationships with colleagues through clear communication and collaboration.Collaborate with senior staff and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and efficient operations.Perform duties and fulfill responsibilities that may, from time to time, include related or unrelated tasks.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related project, product (or related) coordination experience in educational or professional environment required; or a combination of education and related experienceExperience with scheduling communication tools and software preferredCompetencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide variety of audiencesAbility to organize, manage, and implement multiple tasks simultaneouslyPerform with high levels of integrity, initiative, and tenacityAbility to work independently, and take and take professional initiativeAbility to create and maintain cooperative working relationships with othersAbility to work and communicate effectively using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint and other software and web-based applications Anticipated Travel (%): (may include local, national, and/or international travel) Limited travel (0-10%)Travel to All Staff Company Meeting requiredAt Cognia, we recognize the critical role played by our teams in carrying out the organization’s important educational mission.
