Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new clients.
• Gather and organize necessary documentation to facilitate efficient loan application processing.
• Support the initial stages of loan evaluations, keeping deals on track and clients informed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all information is correctly submitted and timely.
• Provide clear and timely updates to clients, enhancing their confidence and understanding throughout the loan process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow across all stages of lending.
• Identify and address any potential issues early, preventing delays and ensuring smooth transaction progress.
