Job Title: Forklift Operator /Warehouse Associate 
Location: Alameda, CA 

Pay Range: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
Full-Time, Onsite
Temporary Contract

We are actively seeking a   Forklift Operator/ Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced food production and distribution environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work and has experience supporting warehouse operations while operating material handling equipment. In this role, you will help keep products moving efficiently by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, loading and unloading shipments, and safely operating high reach, sit-down, and stand-up forklifts. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety, this position offers the chance to make an immediate impact on daily operations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate high reach, sit-down, and stand-up forklifts to transport products safely throughout the facility.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining productivity standards.
• Receive, organize, and store inventory to maximize warehouse efficiency.
• Utilize RF scanning equipment to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
• Relocate, stack, and organize materials to support daily warehouse operations.
• Identify and report damaged products, equipment concerns, and safety issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area throughout each shift.
• Assist with inventory control activities to support accuracy and product availability.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring

• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year recently operating high reach, sit-down, and stand-up forklifts.
• Current forklift certification or recent hands-on forklift operating experience.
• Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Working knowledge of RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and remain active throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Flexibility to work overtime when business needs require additional support.
