Senior Software Engineer - Quality Assurance Development

Job Summary Software Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for building and maintaining automated test frameworks and processes across healthcare, government, and commercial software environments. Key Responsibilities Build, support, and expand automated testing frameworks and test suites. Verify program functionality against user requirements and industry standards. Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures. Use AI‑driven tooling to improve test coverage, defect detection, and regression reliability. Create and maintain test cases, exploratory testing approaches, regression testing suites, and risk‑based test plans. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Required Qualifications Strong experience in software quality assurance and test automation. Proficiency with testing tools, test management systems, and AI‑driven testing solutions. Ability to develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test cases. Experience working in regulated or high‑security domains is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to healthcare or government software products. Knowledge of security testing and compliance standards.
