Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Sr Salesforce Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of best practices and standards. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring scalable and high-quality delivery of Salesforce applications. This position requires someone to be in an office work setting in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, or Dallas, TX 5 days a week.

Future duties and responsibilities include:

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations).
• Managing and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers.
• Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce and other tools as needed.
• Developing and maintaining custom objects, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver quality business solutions.
• Performing regular code reviews, providing feedback, and enforcing development standards.
• Handling integration between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, etc.
• Staying current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
• Ensuring platform security, performance, and scalability.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role include:

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience required.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues.
• Knowledge of XML, Java, JSP and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc.

Compensation for this role in the U.S. is estimated to be $70,800.00 - $156,700.00.
