Prepare and review funding documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Process invoices, including reviewing and uploading them for payment.
Implement internal controls to safeguard financial operations.
Manage mandatory reporting requirements for financial activities.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Process reimbursable agreements efficiently and accurately.
Create and maintain routing workflows for E2 Travel System approvals to streamline travel processes.
Process travel authorizations and vouchers for the Division.
Process invoices for various contracts using the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS). Required qualifications to be successful in this role
At least 5 years of relevant financial experience, particularly in processing invoices.
Degree in Finance or Accounting
Hourly Rate: $37.76/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Financial Specialist II to provide support to the Department of Justice in Washington, DC.
Prepare and review funding documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
