Registration Coordinator

Registration Coordinator | Logistics & Relocation Services Firm

We’re looking for a Registration Coordinator to support a leading logistics and relocation services organisation. If you have experience in transportation, import/export, or supply chain operations, especially with data entry and shipment coordination, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced operations environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Enter and manage shipment orders and customer data in tracking systems
• Coordinate with carriers (steamship lines, trucking vendors, railroads) to track shipments
• Handle inbound customer calls/emails and resolve service requests promptly
• Maintain accurate records and update logs in internal databases
• Identify data errors, research discrepancies, and escalate issues when needed
• Support document management (scanning, filing, and processing paperwork)
• Monitor KPIs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to process improvements

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or import/export operations
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Solid communication skills (verbal & written) with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a team-oriented environment
• Typing speed of ~40 WPM and comfort handling administrative tasks

Location: Compton, CA (United States)

Pay: $21 – $25/hour.
