Chassis Technician – Nashville (Lebanon) TX National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is no ordinary motorhome service facility. It’s an industry‑changing way to sell, service, store and wash your luxury motorhome. NIRVC opened its first facility in Lewisville, Texas, in 2009 and has since opened five more facilities in Atlanta, Las Vegas, Nashville, Phoenix and Washington, D.C. National Indoor RV Centers is experiencing major growth, creating an experienced Chassis Technician opportunity at our Nashville (Lebanon) TX location. Our service technicians are experts in their field, possess advanced diagnostic and repair skills, have a deep understanding of RV maintenance and repair, and consistently provide exceptional customer service. Hours & Pay Gold Shift: Thursday – Sunday, alternate Sunday; 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. Technicians earn up to a $50 flat rate and up to a $6 hourly bonus. High performers may receive a monetary bonus or tools/tool chest worth over $6,000. As a Chassis Technician you will Perform and document comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs and maintenance of RVs Coordinate with service department members for work authorizations and factory approvals; follow manufacturer policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement for warranty repairs Track materials and equipment used Perform pre‑delivery inspections and walk‑through demonstrations Present a professional image and deliver an exceptional customer experience Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must have RV experience working with Class B and Super C motorhomes Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Experience working with generators Experience with fluid and filter changes Experience working on brakes, airbags, steering Experience with diesel pushers—working on axles and undercarriage Preferred certifications: Onan, Aqua Hot, Oasis Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Customer‑facing role requiring a professional image and exceptional customer service skills Adherence to workplace safety guidelines; maintain a clean workspace Professional credibility, responsiveness, integrity, ethical standards, and ability to prioritize across competing demands Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to communicate challenges and opportunities concisely and clearly RVIA certification (preferred) Valid driver’s license What We Offer Medical, dental and vision – available 1st of the month following a 30‑day waiting period Voluntary supplemental benefits (STD, LTD, life, accident, critical illness) 401(k) PTO 4 paid holidays and 40 hours of floating holidays available Lucrative, industry‑leading pay Brand‑new facilities Advancement opportunities We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
