Supervise crews in earthmoving or pipe‑laying operations Travel is required, but we cover your lodging, mileage, meals, and reimburse your vehicle use Requirements 3+ years of construction experience preferred Experience supervising crews in heavy civil construction Valid driver’s license required Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred) Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Schedule: 10–12‑hour shifts Compensation: Based on experience About Sargent Sargent is an employee‑owned earthwork construction company with over 570 employees across seven states.
