We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Rigging and Machinery Moving Foreman to lead our client's lifting operations on construction sites and industrial projects. What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise a rigging and machinery-moving crew on industrial job sites
• Plan daily work activities and coordinate resources to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Direct equipment loading, unloading, moving, setting, and alignment activities
• Read and interpret lift plans, equipment layouts, drawings, and work instructions
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and ensure compliance with company safety policies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects
• Complete daily job reports, equipment inspections, and basic project documentation
• Travel to customer facilities throughout the region as required
• Mentor and develop crew members while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Required

• 2+ years of experience leading crews as a Foreman, Lead Rigger, or similar supervisory role
• 1–3 years of experience in rigging, machinery moving, industrial installation, plant relocation, or related heavy industrial work
• Ability to safely direct lifting, moving, and setting operations
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings, layouts, and lift plans
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel to customer job sites and work overtime when business needs require
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification is preferred for operating certain heavy machinery or transport vehicles.
