LTC LPN PositionOur client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a LTC LPN for their New Lisbon, WI location.Responsibilities:The Licensed Practical Nurse position assesses and passes medication to residents, reports to physician any changes they have, reports to charge nurse, updates family members, and assists CNAs.Administer medications to residents while following the 5 RightsReport any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and AdministratorReport any change in condition to the charge nurseAssist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilitiesUpdate physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as neededPerform other duties as requested.Requirements:Required qualifications to effectively perform job.
