Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time PM Shift

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position involves assessing residents, administering medications, and reporting any changes in their conditions to physicians and charge nurses. LPNs play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing of residents by providing essential care and support.

Shift

Full Time PM Shift (2pm-10pm), Every Other Weekend

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Notify the charge nurse of any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist CNAs with answering call lights and fulfilling other responsibilities.
• Update physicians, family members, and other stakeholders regarding changes in condition as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold and maintain a current Wisconsin LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
