Retail Ops Lead: Drive Inventory, Coaching & Excellence

Victoria’s Secret & Co in Austin, TX, is seeking an Operations Manager to drive store-wide execution and efficiency, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. This role leads back-of-house operations, inventory accuracy, floor sets, and performance coaching, while maintaining safety and asset protection. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.
