Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to join our team on‑site at our St. Paul, MN location. The Sales Specialist will engage with potential and existing clients, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions using Engage Building Products' industry‑leading systems. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, providing exceptional customer service, training clients on product use, and developing sales strategies to meet business objectives. Responsibilities Meet customers face‑to‑face within your assigned territory. Call customers to discuss projects and purchase orders. Prepare material estimates and deliver samples. Train new customers on product use. Build demand with contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Positive, outgoing, and confident communicator. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Proven experience in sales and sales management. Experience training others on products or services. Ability to build and maintain relationships and solve problems. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Ability to travel up to 50 % of the time. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Prior experience in the building products, construction, or related industry a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred; not required.
