Compensation The compensation target for this role is: $26.50 - $31.00 Job Summary Job Description How you’ll shape the future of comfort Lead, mentor and develop the team of Inventory Control Specialists. Maintain 98.5% bin accuracy and 99.5% financial accuracy. Monitor system transactions for system accuracy. Lead quarterly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities. Parter with operational leaders to resolve inventory issues. Ensure training, safety, attendance and timekeeping compliance. Provide KPI reporting and project updates to leadership. Drive continuous improvement and 5S initiatives. What we’re looking for Minimum of 5 years experience in Inventory 3-5 years Supervisory experience 5 years of Forklift experience (Pacer/EPJ, Reach and Cherry Picker) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong math and analytical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Even Better if... Bachelor’s degree in a related field Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience Manufacturing inventory management background Experience with HighJump WMS and NetSuite ERP systems. Physical Requirements: Physical activities may occasionally include: Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time. Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions. Physical activities may constantly include: Communicating with others to exchange information. Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned. Environmental Conditions may occasionally include: Noisy open office environment Non-climate controlled production floor Work Hours (Good Faith Estimate): This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
