Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in West McLean, Virginia. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality, outpatient physical therapy services to our diverse patient population. Work Environment

This onsite role allows therapists to interact closely with patients in a professional and energetic setting. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a flexible schedule available to accommodate the needs of our staff and patients. As a member of our therapy team, you will collaborate with two other physical therapists to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and movement disorders to develop individualized care plans.
• Work one-on-one with patients for 40-minute therapy sessions to set and achieve personal goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols utilizing various techniques and modalities to enhance patient mobility and function.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evolving needs and response to therapies.
• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care solutions.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to foster a positive outlook and enhance recovery.

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including athletes, individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, and clients needing rehabilitation for chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A valid Virginia State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher (master's or doctoral degree is preferred).
• At least two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and a thorough understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a variety of patient interactions.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic therapy, particularly involving sports injuries and rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with current physical therapy technologies and modalities used in outpatient settings.
• Expertise in working with diverse patient demographics, adapting treatment approaches to individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits
