Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of new patients to establish individualized care plans tailored to their specific mobility goals and needs.
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation, utilizing various evidence-based techniques to promote recovery.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload, allowing you to dedicate ample time to each patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and modalities to address specific impairments and facilitate recovery.
• Document treatment progress meticulously using EMR software such as WebPT, ensuring accurate records are maintained for each patient.
• Promote non-surgical treatment options to minimize medication reliance, emphasizing lifestyle changes and exercise as vital components of recovery.
• Collaboratively develop exercise regimens that build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve balance for patients.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.
• Encourage healthy habits and offer motivational support throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center primarily serves patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and joint disorders. You will work with individuals of all ages seeking recovery from injuries sustained in sports, workplace accidents, or age-related conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related discipline.
• An active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
• A clean licensure history, demonstrating no sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in various manual therapy techniques, supported by current research.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to create effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Experience using EMR software, particularly WebPT, with accurate documentation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
