Registered Nurse (RN)-MST3 Cardiac-Full Time Nights-Temecula Valley Hospital Responsibilities Provide patient‑centered, high‑quality care to patients in the medical‑surgical telemetry unit, ensuring respectful and responsive clinical decision‑making aligned with patients’ values. Conduct comprehensive assessments—physical (pain, skin integrity, fall risk), psychological (cognitive, communication), social, and other patient needs—and prioritize additional assessments based on clinical presentation, care setting, and patient responses. Initiate discharge planning upon admission when appropriate and ensure accurate, timely documentation and record‑keeping in the electronic health record. Qualifications Current California RN license. Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Preferred: One (1) year of medical/surgical experience in an acute‑care facility. Current BLS & ACLS certification (AHA).
