Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager- Airport AreaServe as primary point of contact between company and all supplier/vendorsDevelop and execute purchasing strategies in accordance with executive guidanceTrack and report key performance indicators (KPI's) to executive management teamNegotiate pricing with key suppliers with optimum termsAssist executive management team with budgeting for maintenance and growthProvide direct supervision to the purchasing administrator & Production Analyst ensuring accurate and timely reportingProvide Controller with accurate and timely, weekly and monthly, revenue accrualsManage sub-contractor selection and approval process, including execution of sub-contractor agreements, with assistance and input from the Safety DepartmentLead continuous process improvement initiativeProvide feedback to construction and executive management on trends, findings and opportunities for improvementRequirements:College degree in finance, logistics, business management, or related field5 years of progressive experience in construction procurement or logistics managementMS Office Suite with EXCEL, Timberline (SAGE 300) preferredMedical, Dental, Vision, 401kBase salary mid 70's to 80k
