As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and guests.Key ResponsibilitiesRun errands for the firm, such as to the post office or for court filingsGreet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly mannerProvide accurate and timely information to visitorsAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparationReceive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveriesMaintain a clean and organized front desk areaCollaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operationsAssist with special projects and tasks as assignedRequirementsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a mustHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plusProven experience in a similar role in a professional office environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to work independently and as part of a team
