Over the Top Services and Care is currently hiring dependable and compassionate caregivers/direct support professionals for multiple openings throughout Northeast Florida.
We are looking for individuals interested in providing Companion, Personal Supports, and Respite services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Most positions are part-time, with some daytime and evening opportunities available.
Current areas include:
Jacksonville / Mandarin / Jacksonville Beach / Fort Caroline
St. Augustine
Palm Coast / Flagler County
Deltona
Edgewater
Port Orange
Palatka
Middleburg
Responsibilities may include companionship, supervision, assistance with daily routines and life skills, community outings, transportation, and helping individuals remain active and engaged both inside and outside of the home.
Requirements:
• Must pass a Florida Level 2 Background Screening
• Must pass local background screening
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Current vehicle registration
• Current auto insurance
• Dependable attendance and communication
• Comfortable providing services in the home and community
Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred but not required for every opening.
Schedules vary by client and location. During the interview process, we will discuss available openings and determine which schedule and location may be the best fit.
