We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support and maintain core IT infrastructure in Tempe, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position focuses on ensuring reliable system performance, user support, and secure administration across server and desktop environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge in Microsoft-based systems and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, platform support, and environment stability.

Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, permissions, and overall directory health.
• Support Microsoft Windows Server environments by monitoring performance, applying updates, and resolving system issues.
• Provide technical support for Windows 10 endpoints, including configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage and support Dell hardware across the environment, coordinating diagnostics, repairs, and lifecycle activities as needed.
• Maintain Citrix infrastructure and assist users with access, session stability, and application delivery issues.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents in a timely manner to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Perform routine system checks, patching, and documentation to help maintain a secure and stable computing environment.• Hands-on experience administering Active Directory in a business environment.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server installation, configuration, and support.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 systems.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware in an enterprise setting.
• Working knowledge of Citrix technologies and user access support.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues across servers, desktops, and related infrastructure components.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a support-focused technical role.
