Summary Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Forum Shops location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures. Responsibilities Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyal relationships Ensure the store is guest ready and maintains organized sales floor and stockroom Build sales through product knowledge, styling expertise, and seasonal trend awareness Initiate regular client contact and provide prompt follow up on sales and inquiries Open and close the store according to company procedure Support implementation and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude Requirements 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service Prior leadership experience strongly preferred Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office Passion for the brand and product offering Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
