Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate effectively with all Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Team stakeholders throughout the end-to-end recruitment and integration lifecycle.

• Leverage advanced systems and HR technology to support customer needs, taking swift, appropriate action to drive quality, efficient outcomes.

• Manage shifting workloads and competing priorities with agility in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.

• Support and partner with cross-functional People Team stakeholders to ensure absolute consistency in policy application and process management.

• Support the identification and initiation of continuous process improvements and innovative solutions to streamline TA operations.

• Execute project-based work and ad-hoc assignments related to staffing and onboarding.

• Support presentations to various internal stakeholders and leadership segments.

• Ensure highly confidential information is protected with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
