Job Description Responsible for opening and prepping their station for their shift Responsible for cleaning and closing their station at the end of their shift Responsible for maintaining equipment and cookware Expected to follow all food safety protocols Expected to follow all recipes and procedures Expected to communicate with the Chef de Cuisine or Expo to make sure dishes come out efficiently and in a timely manner Expected to properly store ingredients as to both keep them safe and fresh Pay $16-$20/hr, based on experience Advancement Employees will have the opportunity to advance to fill the restaurant's needs.
