Schedule: Monday – Friday | Start times: 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM until approx. 1:30 PM (Occasional Sunday production required 3–4 times/year)

About the Role Randstad is hiring a Production Team Lead in Southbridge, MA. You will oversee daily floor operations, guide production staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met during early morning runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members on the floor to maintain steady workflow.

• Oversee shift setup, product runs, and daily operational schedules.

• Monitor production quality, safety, and sanitation protocols.

• Troubleshoot line issues and report metrics to management.

Requirements

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly.

• Ability to start shifts at 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM (Mon–Fri, plus 3–4 Sundays/year).

• Communication skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
