Position Highlights We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our team at the Sleepy Hollow office in Falls Church, Virginia. This full-time position offers a 4-day clinical workweek , promoting strong work-life balance while ensuring continuity of care for our patients. Participation in shared call and weekend coverage is expected. Established patient base in a busy, well-supported practice. Collaborative, team-based clinical environment. Opportunity to impact practice development and quality initiatives. Strong administrative, clinical and clinical support infrastructure. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Valid Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain). Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach. Excellent communication and collaborative team skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
