Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing & Tax Analytics

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Senior Manager for Transfer Pricing & Tax Analytics to oversee transfer pricing operations across the company and its affiliates. The role combines intercompany economics expertise with data management, supporting tax consolidation, forecasting, and cross-functional reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own global transfer pricing calendar and policies across research, clinical, commercial, and international operations
- Build and maintain transfer pricing models including profit-and-loss statements, cost pools, and arm's-length analyses
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and contemporaneous support for material positions
- Monitor regulatory developments and lead responses to tax authority inquiries and audits
- Execute recurring transfer pricing forecasts, allocations, invoicing, and reconciliation to general ledger
Requirements
- Transfer pricing professional with hands-on experience in intercompany economics and modeling
- Proficiency extracting and reconciling data from ERP, consolidation, and forecasting systems
- Knowledge of transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and tax authority compliance requirements
- Experience with legal-entity and transaction-level transfer pricing analysis and calculations
- Ability to communicate technical tax concepts to Finance, FP&A, and executive stakeholders
