Qualifications License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New York. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, Master or Bachelors of PT. Lifting loads of 5-35 lbs from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, and shoulder to overhead. Carrying loads of 5-10 lbs for 40-50 feet. Pushing loads of 5-150 lbs on casters, runners, or pulleys. Sustaining a grip for 1-2 minutes at 40-50 lbs. Guarding a lift load of 120-140 lbs.
