Our Technology Manager will manage technical development, engineering standards, and improvement programs for assigned technology family, ensuring capability building, mid-term performance improvement, and consistent standard deployment across sites. **Your ‘day to day’** * Lead engineering improvement initiatives and the development of standards within the assigned technology family, ensuring alignment with strategic manufacturing and business objectives. * Where applicable, own the development of engineering solutions, balancing performance improvements with cost efficiency and operational feasibility. * Manage cross‑site and/or cross‑technology projects, including planning, execution, and validation. Own and manage scoped budgets for technology projects, ensuring effective resource utilization and alignment with performance targets. * Coordinate with site, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure consistent deployment of engineering standards and continuous improvement practices. * Author, maintain, and continuously improve Knowledge Transfer Package (KTP) content linked to reliability learnings. Provide structured design feedback to OEMs, ensuring approved changes are version‑controlled and effectively communicated across sites. **Who we’re looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Proven experience in a manufacturing or technical/engineering environment. * Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, aligned with functional skill matrix requirements. * Fluent in English (written and verbal). * Strong knowledge of advanced analytical and problem‑solving tools. * Willingness and ability to travel, with no mobility restrictions. * Strong competencies in analytical thinking, action orientation, interpersonal effectiveness, and creativity. **Annual Base Salary Range: $ 114,400 - $143,000** **What’s ‘nice to have’** Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (required) **What we offer** We offer employees a competitive base salary and the potential to receive a discretionary annual bonus.
