Join us.Position Summary: Consults with Public Sector clients to define complex needs or problem, conducts research, performs studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes data to advise on or recommend high-level or complex solutions. Sample projects include ERP system selection including requirements definition, ERP implementation management, ERP advisory services, ERP Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and process redesign. Service DeliveryAssist clients with assessing, selecting and implementing new ERP solutions including:Meet with clients to define functional requirements and prioritiesDevelop detailed specifications and Requests for ProposalsAnalyze proposals, issue clarifications to vendorsAssist with due diligence activitiesAssist with implementation management activities including maintain issues log, risk mitigation, change order management, system design, data conversion planning, change management, training etc.Assist on other projects including process redesign and IT strategic planningAssist in current and future state mapping of business processAbility to strategize business process transformation using ERP best practicesUnderstanding of public sector (e.g. K-12 and higher education) specific objectivesAbility to lead strategy sessionsAbility to problem solvePractice developmentDefine project scope for projectsDevelop workplans and write proposals for client engagementsParticipate in prospective client interviews and presentationsPresent at internal meetingsDevelop and/or extend pre-existing relationships within K-12/higher education industry networksQualificationsBachelors’ Degree in Business, Public Administration or related field is required. Five to seven years of recent or current experience in a similar role is required. Experience on ERP implementation efforts for public sector organizations is preferred. (e.g. CGI, Oracle, PowerSchool, SAP, Tyler, Workday, etc.). Ability to exercise good judgment within broadly defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actionSelf-starter; ability to work under minimal supervisionStrong numeric / analysis skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage time effectively and juggle multiple / competing prioritiesAbility to complete projects within budget while delivering high qualityStrong interpersonal skills requiredExpertise with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and CoPilotMust work well under pressurePosition requires travel.
