Job Description Join our team as an Advanced Technology Repair Technician at Best Buy! In this role, you will be the go-to expert in providing top-notch technology support and repairs for computers and other devices. If you have a passion for technology and desire to help customers optimize their tech experiences, this is the ideal position for you! What you’ll do Perform thorough diagnostics, recommend solutions, and execute repairs for devices both in-person and over the phone. Maintain clear communication and establish a consistent follow-up routine to ensure excellent customer experience. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure accurate documentation of customer requests and repair processes. Complete repair tasks efficiently while addressing any challenges that arise with the support of your leaders. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through available training courses and certifications. Basic qualifications At least 6 months of experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products. Hands-on experience and enthusiasm in using consumer electronics. A flexible schedule including availability on holidays, nights, and weekends. Preferred qualifications Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
