We're looking for cooks who thrive under pressure the kind who can read a full board, feel the heat, and still plate something worth being proud of.
What you'll be doing
- Cooking complete meals from start to finish, not just one piece of the plate
- Executing dishes hot, fresh, and on time every ticket, every time
- Reading and juggling multiple tickets simultaneously to keep the kitchen flowing
- Maintaining quality and consistency under pressure
- Keeping your area prepped, clean, and ready to go
What we're looking for
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen short order, line, grill, or breakfast
- Strong sense of timing and the ability to multitask without losing quality
- Pride in your work the food you send out reflects you
- Team mentality and solid communication in the weeds
- Reliability and consistency, shift after shift
Experience
Preferred
6 months to 1 year full-service restaurant experience
